I am the current owner of a property in a development, which is part of Oaks North. To comply with real estate disclosure requirements, I hereby authorize the Oaks North Community Center, Inc. to provide:

__________ Statements Concerning Community Center's Insurance; Disputes Between the Association and Members and

Between Members; Policy and Procedures for Collecting Delinquent Assessments

Providing this information to a buyer is a condition of purchase of the property. The purchaser agrees to keep said information confidential except as required to comply with the law.

I hereby acknowledge that Oaks North Community Center, Inc. in providing this information has no responsibility to provide the same to purchasers or escrow officers. I hereby release Oaks North Community Center, Inc. from any and all liability related to provision of such information, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Oaks North Community Center, Inc. harmless from any liability related to provision of such information, including liability based on allegedly incomplete or incorrect information.
